The provision of services and the sale of articles through this website are carried out under 2000 PUBLIMARK, SL, and are limited to those users over 18 years of age or with a creditable authorization from their parents or legal guardians for the use of our services and purchase of our products.

By using the services or placing an order through 2000 PUBLIMARK, SL, aware of being bound by these Conditions, by our Legal Notice and other Policies, so if you do not agree with the previous legal texts, you must not access the service.

The deadlines that we have indicated are estimated delivery dates, depending on factors that may vary by the characteristics of the order or for reasons beyond our control, difficulties in the delivery of the goods. (Number of products ordered, availability, volume).
We regret to inform you that as a general rule we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, although we will assess your request and provide you with a quote for shipments to these destinations, if applicable, request a budget 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L.
In general, all our orders will be processed and managed from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays we do not have a pick-up or delivery service.
2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. can’t be held responsible if the data you provide us with your purchase is inaccurate or incomplete or it is not possible to complete the delivery of the order due to the absence of the recipient or other reasons, such as restricted access to certain public buildings or similar situations. Although, 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. will always try to make the delivery with the best possible satisfaction for our buyers.
2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. can’t guarantee the delivery of your order at a specific time- 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. will transmit to the transport company your desire to deliver on a preferential schedule, but we can’t assume any obligation or responsibility on the delivery at those times.
There may be exceptional circumstances (Christmas period, transport strikes, weather or similar) so that shipments may suffer some delay.
Delivery costs
Shipping costs in large products or weight may have a specific cost that will be reflected in the order. Before confirming your order, you will be informed about shipping costs and transport terms, both guidelines, which apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances.

Payment methods
You can pay for all your purchases at 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. with your bank card.
Card payment
The purchase price will be charged to your bank account, usually immediately or within 24 hours from the date of the order and this will be considered effective after confirmation of payment to our bank.
In the event that the POS (Terminal Point of Sale) will inform us of the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing you on-line or by email of said cancellation.
The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank’s servers and then verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse.
Only the bank has access to the banking data linked to these means of payment, so that 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. it does not know or record this data during the payment operation via POS.
MISTAKES
In case you detect any mistake when entering your personal data during the registration as a User, you can modify them.
You can correct errors related to the personal data provided during the purchase process or by contacting shop@2000publimark.com, as well as exercise the right of rectification contemplated in our Privacy Policy through the same email.
This website shows confirmation windows in various sections of the purchase process that do not allow proceeding with the order if the data of these sections have not been provided correctly. Also, we offer the details of all the items that you have added to your cart during the purchase process, so that, before making the payment, you can modify the details of your order or rectify any mistakes.
If you detect any mistake in your order after the completion of the purchase process, you must contact shop@2000publimark.com immediately to correct the mistake.
STOCK AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we will reimburse you for any amount you may have paid.
DELIVERY
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has taken place or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires the material possession of the product/s. This will be confirmed by signing the order receipt at the agreed delivery address.
You will receive the order at the address you specified at the time of purchase.
TAXES AND BILLING
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of the Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be legally valid one at all times depending on the specific article in question.
You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice electronically, although you may at any time indicate your willingness to receive a paper invoice, in which case, we will issue and send the invoice in that format.
RETURN POLICY/ DESISTING
DEADLINE:
You have 14 calendar days from when you received the order to request the return. You can process it by sending an email to: shop@2000publimark.com
PAST THIS DEADLINE WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS
The deadline for the return will expire at 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.
COST:
The package is delivered by the client, that is, it will be assumed by you.
PROCESS:
Process your return sending us an email to shop@2000publimark.com indicating your decision to proceed with your return. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise, on your part, of this right be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
Once your return has been accepted by 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. you must send the package to: Pla del Ramassar, 56. 08402- GRANOLLERS (BARCELONA) or APDO. CORREUS 382.
When we receive the package and verify that it is in perfect condition, has not been used or washed, we will refund all payments received, without any delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive the package.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the purchase; however, we can retain the refund until we have received the returned products.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Always before making any shipment, we review each product so that it arrives in optimal conditions.
Although, in the case where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the stipulated, you must contact 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. immediately to facilitate the product data, the detail of damage suffered, explaining the situation and attaching a photo if appropriate.
2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. will manage the return of the product, according to the procedure established.
Once the defective product is received, we will proceed to examine it carefully and we will notify you by email within a reasonable time if the refund or replacement of the product is applicable. The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is applicable.
The amounts paid for those products that are returned because of some defect, when it actually exists, will be reimbursed in full, including delivery costs.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening thereof, of products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the product/s while they are in your possession.
We reserve the right to change our refund policy in special campaigns such as Christmas, Sale and/or Black Friday or similar.
GUARANTEE
2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. offers you guarantee on the products that you commercialize through this website, in the terms legally established for each type of product, responding, therefore, for the lack of conformity of the same that is manifested in a term of two years from the product delivery.
It is understood that the products are in accordance with the contract provided that:
(i) conform to the description made by us and possess the qualities that we have presented on this website,
(ii) are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended and,
(iii) present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that are reasonably expected.
In this sense, if any of the products are not in accordance with the contract, you must notify us following the procedure detailed in the RETURN POLICY section.
RESPONSIBILITY
Except as expressly provided otherwise in these Conditions, our liability in relation to any product purchased on our website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product.
INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the contents and all the rights that make up this website are the exclusive property of 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. and they are protected by national laws and the European Union of Intellectual and Industrial Property, being therefore prohibited its copy, reproduction, modification, distribution or manipulation.
They are reserved in favor of 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. All rights to any content, service or item that appears or is incorporated into 2000 PUBLIMARK, SL, including, but not limited to, those elements that make up the visual appearance, graphic image, product design and other sensory stimuli of the pages that make up the website, in addition to the navigation architecture, source codes, texts, images, graphic designs, logos, distinctive signs, recordings, database and technologies.
You agree not to remove, delete, alter, manipulate or in any way modify those notes, legends, indications or symbols that, well, 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. or the legitimate owners of the rights, incorporate their properties in matters of intellectual or industrial property (such as copyright, ©, ® and ™, etc.).
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
The applicable regulations require that part of the information or communications that we send you are in writing, consequently, you accept that most of these communications with 2000 PUBLIMARK, S.L. be electronic.

For contractual purposes, you consent to use this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notifications, information and other communications that we send you electronically comply with the legal requirements of being in writing.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfilment of any of the assumed obligations, when the same is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control.
Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control. It will be understood that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the Cause of Force Majeure continues, and we will have an extension in the term to fulfill those obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
We will use all reasonable means to end the Cause of Force Majeure or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite the Cause of Force Majeure.
PARTIAL NULLITY
If any of these Conditions or any provision were declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE CONDITIONS
We have the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time.
Remember that you are subject to the Policies and Conditions in force at the time you use the website or make each order, unless by law or decision of government agencies we should make changes retroactively in those policies, Conditions or Privacy Statement, in whose case, the possible changes will also affect the orders that you had previously made.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The use of our website and the contracts to purchase products through it will be governed by Spanish legislation.
Any dispute that arises or relates to the use of the website or with said contracts will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals, specifically the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
